Please Read:   Please provide us with as much contact information as possible. We will only contact you in case of a problem with your order and will promise to always be very discrete in doing so.  All of our merchandise is discretely packaged for your privacy and convenience.  Please also be advised that all credit card billings will be made under the company name FITNESS ONE ON ONE INC. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of check and money order orders, especially if you are located outside of the U.S. Credit Card orders are generally processed within 48 hours and are shipped faster.On Credit Card orders, please provide us with the name as it appears on the card and also provide us with the billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.  We will only use your shipping address for product and information shipment, We WILL NEVER use a billing address as a ship to unless you list them as the same.  To protect you from fraud, we use address verification on all credit cards we process. In order to avoid delays with your orders, please give us all of the information outlined in the order form.

CANADA  AND FOREIGN ORDERS - I am NOT responsible if your order is seized by customs!! If your country confiscates adult materials, then Don't Order!!   All foreign orders  must specify VHS or Pal format. Orders that are not specific will be shipped VHS format. Please refer to product information page for information on additional shipping and handling for all orders outside of the United States.
