To submit yourself as a model for Muscle Elegance Magazine Online, please fill out entry form, printing carefully, and enclose at least four clear, color photos, slides, or Polaroid's (or any combination) along with photocopies of two forms of ID (one with photo and both showing date of birth). Send photos/slides, entry form, and ID photocopies to:

Selection of models' photos is based on attractiveness, eroticism, nudity (which must be classy), photo/slide quality, and variety of poses. Please note: you do not have to be a competing bodybuilder or fitness athlete, but you must display some degree of muscularity. Muscle Elegance prefers to accept only clear, sharp color photos or slides of good quality or better. No dark or muddy Polaroid's please.

I affirm that I am over eighteen years of age and have freely posed for the enclosed photos/slides with the understanding that they will become the nonreturnable property of Muscle Elegance Magazine. I also understand that anyone submitting the enclosed photos/slides to Muscle Elegance Magazine without my consent and legal signature will be subject to monetary damages and/or criminal prosecution.
