Please Read Before Ordering:   Please provide us with as much contact information as possible. We will only contact you in case of a problem with your order and will promise to always be very discrete in doing so.  All of our merchandise is discretely packaged for your privacy and convenience.  Please also be advised that all credit card billings will be made under the company name FITNESS ONE ON ONE INC. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of check and money order orders, especially if you are located outside of the U.S. On Credit Card orders, please provide us with the name as it appears on the card and also provide us with the billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.  To protect you from fraud, we use address verification on all credit cards we process. In order to avoid delays with your orders, please give us all of the information outlined in the order form.
